The Cage and Vault accounting system developed by S.S.T. Inc. is used to automate the accounting process for the win by game, table and shift. Fills and credits, table inventories, and the actual soft count provide the required information. This information can be captured on-line by the Marker and Fill/Credit Tracking options. Table Fill Slips can be printed in the cage if desired or keyed in after the slips have been filled out. During Soft count, data can be verified and money count entered on-line. When the count is completed, the system produces the stiff sheets needed by the count team for sign-off. This information is automatically passed to the casino games and slots accounting systems for further processing (Some portions excluded in NV, LA & CO).

The Casino Games Accounting system provides you with the necessary means to track revenue generated by casino games by shift, or on a daily basis. HOW SST's CASINO GAMES SYSTEM WORKS
The daily input section of the Casino Games Accounting System is used to record the daily transactions by shift, for each game played at a casino or other location. You may have the program automatically start selection for input by game and shift, or you may elect to do one game at a time for which you wish to enter data. Upon completion of data input a check option is provided to ensure all information for all games on file has been posted. You have the capability of on-line inquiry to current and history information at any time desired.

S.S.T.'s Remote Fill and Jackpot Tracking system provides you with the ability to create and maintain Fill and Jackpot slips that are automatically posted to the slots accounting system when the Fill or Jackpot slip is created in the casino cage. This system greatly reduces the time required by the accounting staff as the fill and jackpot entries are posted to the slots accounting system eliminating the need for entry of the physical fill and jackpot slips.

HOW S.S.T.'s REMOTE FILL & JACKPOT TRACKING WORKS
S.S.T.'s Remote fill and jackpot tracking is easy to operate. Authorized employees at the casino cage simply enter the machine / game number that the the fill or jackpot is for along with the dollar amount , Casino employee that signed for the fill or jackpot and any other Co-signers that signed for the fill or jackpot. The fill or jackpot slip is then printed for proper signatures and verification.

TABLE GAMES ACCOUNTING
Application for tracking table game revenues and performance by shift or day. Maintains daily detail transactions for each table game for up to two years. Reports include casino daily report allowing current day, month-to-date, year-to-date, last year month-to-date, loser tracking and game type summaries.
A program for tracking player interests for research and marketing purposes. Barcoded identification cards are issued to club members and are presented to change personnel when the club member purchases slot change for play in slot machines. At that time the change person will scan the players card with a handheld scanner and the amount of change bought can be entered via keypad. At the end of the change persons shift the handheld scanner is then downloaded to a P.C. computer for manipulation of the data collected for each player.
The Player Tracking program can be packaged together with the check cashing option to track and maintain checks cashed at your establishment with options for daily or weekly check cashing maximums. Reports include Mailing labels by special interest, date of birth, current limit, zip code and host. Check cashing reports can be printed with check history, bad check, buy back detail and personal or payroll grouping.
W2G & MAGNETIC MEDIA REPORTING|
Produces customer W2G forms and magnetic media reporting to the I.R.S. if required. Status report shows all W2G's on file by date range, name, address, gross win, date of win and type of win with summary totals of all categories.
All of the applications listed are in full compliance with all gaming reporting requirements in states where gaming activities are allowed including international requirements.
S. S. T.'s Player Tracking system provides the capability to track up to 99 special interest codes for specific players. It also has the optional ability to maintain a history of, and authorization for, all Checks Cashed by those players. Other options are Player Rating, and Player Club Tracking.
